Abstract

The article examines the essence and features of the cognitive-digital transformation of the anti-crisis management system in agribusiness under conditions of prolonged instability caused by military, logistical, and climate challenges. Based on the analysis of financial and economic indicators of Ukraine’s agricultural sector in 2023–2024, it is established that the growth of revenues and profitability has an adaptive rather than restorative nature and is accompanied by persistent structural losses, regional asymmetry, and an increased risk profile. It is substantiated that traditional reactive models of anti-crisis management do not correspond to the growing complexity of agrarian systems and require conceptual revision based on cognitive approaches and digital technologies. A conceptual model of a cognitive-digital anti-crisis management system is proposed, integrating monitoring, analytics, forecasting, decision support, and organizational learning mechanisms. It is proved that cognitive-digital transformation creates prerequisites for enhancing the resilience and adaptability of agribusiness in the context of multi-level crises.
