METHODICAL APPROACHES TO EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE'S RESOURCE POTENTIAL IN THE ECO-INDUSTRIAL PARK

Abstract

Methodical approaches to the assessment of the efficiency of management of the enterprise's resource potential in the context of the development of the eco-industrial park are investigated in the article. Thus, the resource potential means the economic potential and the ability of the organization to ensure the achievement of the set goals. It has been proven that for the efficiency of the functioning of resources, this becomes one of the most important areas of activity of any enterprise, being a necessary factor for its successful development and long-term work. The proposed methodology for assessing the use of the resource potential of an enterprise involves the following steps: consistent individual assessment of the use of each of the key components of the resource potential; a comprehensive assessment of the implementation of the resource potential of an enterprise based on the calculation of general indicators of the use of its resources - the resource of return and profitability of resources. For the needs of analysis and development of management decisions regarding increasing the efficiency of resource use, it is proposed to consider the latter in the context of material, labor and financial resources. Eco-industrial parks and enterprises included in them contribute to resource efficiency, attracting investments, and ensuring balanced regional development of territories. Enterprises that operate on a common territory through industrial symbiosis and a resource conservation management system increase the economic, environmental and social performance indicators of the enterprise. It is considered that the material and technical base of the resource potential is determined by the main means of the enterprise, they mainly form the technical potential of its development, the diversity of the range of manufactured products, its quantitative and qualitative indicators competitiveness on the market. The methodology of managing the resource potential of the enterprise consists in its identification, assessment, use and expansion by accelerating processes that remove restrictions and increase the possibilities of using the potential in the conditions of the development of the eco-industrial park.
