The methodological aspects of digital transformation in enterprises have been examined in the context of its implementation, change management, and efficiency assessment. It has been established that digital transformation is a complex process encompassing the integration of advanced technologies, modifications in business models, and the adaptation of managerial approaches. The importance of digital maturity in enterprises has been substantiated, as it determines their readiness for innovation. The key stages of digital transformation have been analyzed, including strategic planning, technology testing, gradual scaling, and performance evaluation.
The aim of this study is to substantiate methodological approaches to digital transformation in enterprises across various economic sectors, considering industry-specific characteristics, technological capabilities, and contemporary challenges. Methods of system analysis, comparative research, and digitalization process modeling have been utilized. It has been revealed that the main obstacles to digital transformation are financial constraints, a shortage of qualified personnel, and increasing cybersecurity risks. It has been proven that the insufficient integration of digital solutions into traditional business models complicates the transition to new technologies and increases operational risks.
The results of the study provide recommendations for the phased implementation of digital technologies, including an assessment of enterprise digital maturity, pilot testing of solutions on limited business segments, personnel adaptation, and performance monitoring. The necessity of developing educational programs to enhance digital competencies and improve cybersecurity mechanisms has been substantiated. The practical value of the study lies in the formation of a scientifically grounded model of digital transformation, which can be used to develop enterprise digitalization strategies.
Future research prospects include evaluating the effectiveness of digital technology integration across different economic sectors, developing adaptive digitalization models, and determining the long-term impact of digital transformation on enterprise resilience in a dynamic market environment.
