This article is devoted to the study of key parameters characterizing the macroeconomic security of the national economy of Ukraine under martial law and to the qualitative differentiation of the most influential factors determining the current situation and prospects for ensuring sustainable development of the macroeconomic system. In the article, the authors present a thorough analysis of the current state and dynamics of the main analytical parameters of macroeconomic security of the national economy and reveal a high degree of influence of martial law and active hostilities on the relevant dynamic series of indicators (inflation dynamics, unemployment rates, indicators of debt policy implementation, changes in the volume of industrial production, dynamics of investment flows, peculiarities of the implementation of the policy of the national currency exchange rate formation). The authors propose a functional approach to forming a qualitative differentiation of factors influencing the macroeconomic security of the state under martial law. The authors identify fiscal, monetary, institutional, social, foreign economic, investment, and geopolitical factors. Based on the analysis, a list of promising directions for developing state policy aimed at stabilizing the key security parameters of the macroeconomic environment in the relevant conditions and forming systemic prerequisites for promising economic growth is developed.
