STRATEGIC PLANNING OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF CORPORATE STRUCTURES

Abstract

Currently, every corporate structure in conditions of economic instability has a great desire to increase economic security. In order to effectively increase the activity of corporate structures, the step-by-step implementation of management actions, organizational actions, motivational and safety incentives, which are detailed in the strategic plan, is used.
The strategic plan for the development of the economic security of corporate structures includes the formulation of a strategic vision and purpose, the establishment of a strategic goal that determines the achievement of the necessary economic and social effectiveness, the effectiveness of the development of corporate structures, as well as an analysis of the influence of external and internal factors in an indefinite period of time on economic development in a strategic period of time , based on the results of which general and functional strategies of various nature, adjustment or replacement of strategies of specific directions of development of corporate structures are formed and implemented.
The article describes the development of a strategic plan for the economic security of corporate structures, which consists of an analysis of the dynamics of the development of the corporate structure and an assessment of the current market situation, diagnostics of the economic security of corporate structures under the influence of internal and external factors, a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the level of economic security, the choice of the optimal strategy and determination of strategic directions for the future, evaluation of the effectiveness of the selected strategy according to certain criteria, provision of control over the implementation of the strategy for the development of economic security, organizational support for the implementation of the strategy and evaluation of the effectiveness of the selected strategy for the development of economic security of corporate structures.
Strategic planning of the economic security of corporate structures is considered the initial stage before the formation, creation and functioning of each organizational and structural unit of the corporate structure. It provides a regulatory and control process that strengthens the economic security of corporate structures and leads to decisive actions regarding the choice and application of the strategy of economic security.
