STRATEGY OF EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF THE ENTERPRISE LOGISTICS SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY

The article examines the peculiarities of forming a strategy for the effective functioning of the enterprise logistics system in the context of ensuring economic security. It was determined that the strategy of the effective operation of the logistics system is a comprehensive approach aimed at ensuring the stability, reliability and efficiency of logistics processes in order to reduce risks and preserve the economic security of the enterprise. The main factors affecting the efficiency of the logistics system’s operation of the enterprise in the context of ensuring economic security are outlined. The approaches of scientists in determining the stages of logistics’ strategy development in the enterprise management system have been analyzed. The main stages of the formation of a modern logistics strategy are studied, which include the following: analysis of the current state, definition of the goal and strategic goals, analysis of the external environment, strategy development, strategy implementation, evaluation and control, improvement. The key aspects of forming a strategy for the effective operation of the enterprise logistics system in the context of ensuring its economic security are identified, including: analysis and assessment of risks, development of a control system, optimization of the supply chain, diversification of suppliers and markets, introduction of modern information technologies to improve the management of logistics processes, planning of preventive measures for rapid response to unforeseen situations or crises or their prevention, training and development of personnel. It is substantiated that the provision of high quality service in the context of the functioning of the logistics system contributes to the retention and attraction of new customers, which positively affects the economic security of the enterprise. It has been proven that an effective logistics system allows the enterprise to prevent and minimize the risks associated with interruptions in supply, insufficient stock of goods or problems in supply chains.
